01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and LG777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the LG777 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions and account features, is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms in full.

By registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet, participating in any promotion or accessing any part of the LG777 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand them.
• You agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

02 Eligibility

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be suspended.

04 Deposits & Payments

The available payment options and any applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are authorised to use the payment method in question. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted. If a deposit is made using a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity, LG777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts are shown at the point of deposit within your account.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance promptly after successful payment confirmation.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically reflect within minutes of completion.
• LG777 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error are not automatically reversible — contact support immediately if this occurs.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from within your LG777 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available PKR balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches your verified account identity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is shown within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Multiple withdrawal requests for the same session may be consolidated at the platform's discretion.

LG777 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. LG777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on LG777 — whether on cricket, Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other sporting event — are final once confirmed. LG777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.

Game outcomes on LG777 are determined by certified random number generators for slot games, fish games and bingo. Live casino outcomes are determined by real dealers operating in real time. Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body of the sport in question.

• Bets are binding once confirmed — there is no cancellation window.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed before placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or bet settlement, LG777 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to your balance.
• PSL and cricket match betting markets are settled on official match results. Abandoned or incomplete matches are handled according to the rules stated in the relevant betting section.

• In cases of dispute regarding a result, LG777's decision is final after review.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

LG777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated when the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions that apply across all LG777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

08 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LG777 and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. LG777 monitors platform activity and reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities — against any account found engaging in prohibited behaviour.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or error in a game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings generated through an exploit will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or in multi-player formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on LG777 simultaneously or in sequence.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity. All deposited funds must be from lawful sources.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game through any external means.
• Facilitating access to LG777 for any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested.
• Repeated or systematic exploitation of platform errors or promotions.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player with their payment provider.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen until the matter is resolved. Where a breach is confirmed, LG777 may forfeit the balance in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended may contact the support team to raise the matter for review.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team directly. Voluntary account closure requests are processed promptly and any remaining eligible balance is returned via the player's registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

LG777 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• LG777 is not liable for losses incurred due to platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity issues or events outside its reasonable control.

• LG777 is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits LG777's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
